I decided to stay home too because my daughter skipped today. She wasn't feeling well. These came about after all the school activities the past weeks - examinations and then the non-stop practice for the field demonstration. Well a lot of kids did not attend their classes today as we learned. That only means the activities exhausted the students to the core.
But then come early afternoon I know my daughter is already recovering from her fatigue and headache's gone. She asked for a McDonald's delivery - her favorite from the store - quarter pounder. She devoured all these. They're gone in a jiffy when I checked her in the room. To think that she just had a late lunch. My daughter's a growing girl indeed.
